Great to meet you!

I am a registered Art Therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked in various settings such as inpatient hospitals, a residential treatment center, PHP/IOP programs, and outpatient settings. I have worked with both mental health and substance use populations.

My approach to therapy

I work from a humanistic approaching, seeing the good and potential in all people. I am passionate about getting to the "root" of the issue with the goal of truly healing and being able to move forward. I utilize traditional talk therapy, art and expressive therapy, and Traumatic Incident Reduction to achieve individualized goals in therapy.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away tools and confidence to handle every day stressors, heal from past traumas, learn what is causing repeated lapses/inability to remain sober. I believe in assigning homework to supplement sessions and to reflect on progress and areas of growth in between sessions.
