Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I currently work in a school setting, which has given me a strong understanding of how stress, emotions and behavior show up in everyday life-not just in therapy but at home, school and work.

I connect easily with people who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or like they've always had to "hold it together" for everyone else. My goal is to create a safe space where you can feel comfortable being yourself without judgement. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you better understand your patterns while building practical tools to feel more in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental and down to earth. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself and know that there is no pressure to say the "right" thing. Therapy is a safe space where you can show up as you are.

I use a combination of practical tools, supportive guidance, and open conversation to help you better understand what you're experiencing and develop strategies to manage life challenges. Together, we will work at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive while focusing on your unique goals and strengths.

I strive to create a safe, trusting environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or past trauma, my goal is to help you build insight, resilience, and confidence in moving forward.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know you. There's no pressure to share everything right away, we will go at your pace. I'll ask some questions to understand what's bringing you in, but it will feel more like a conversation than an interview. My goal is for you to leave feeling comfortable, heard, and with a clearer sense of what support can look like moving forward.
