Great to meet you!

I have been working in the field of mental health and addiction over 35 years, during which time I worked for many non-profit or community mental health agencies prior to going into private practice in 2017. I prefer to meet with adults, virtually, who are desire feeling better about themselves and their emotional state. This could be from the use of substances, adjustments in their lives or general uneasiness inside. I will walk alongside of you as you navigate the new waters of getting to what is sometimes even hard to discern, to the other side of finding the joy for oneself.

My approach to therapy

First and foremost, I am human. I have always believed I am my best tool, when it comes to therapy. I have an eclectic background of trainings and methodologies I use in all sessions. I do not sugar coat anything, and am able to help one come to their own conclusions about what it is they believe they need.

What you can expect from me

I have been told by many clients they have appreciated the honesty and genuineness of being challenged in sessions.
