Great to meet you!

****Please email me at [email protected] if there are no consultation times available - we can find a time that works for us!****

I really take time to get to know my clients and make sure they feel comfortable in therapy. I know how important it is to not only feel like your therapist is competent, but that they are approachable and committed to helping you succeed. I have a variety of experiencing working with clients with many different needs, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, chronic illness support and more. Schedule a free 15 minute consultation and we can see if we are a good match!

My approach to therapy

I am very person-centered, meaning that you will be in charge of the goals you want to set and collaborate with me on the way you want to reach them. I am also strongly influenced by my training as a holistic health coach, and I believe that we can seldom see progress in one area if we are unwilling to consider how we are functioning in all areas. No matter what you want to work on, we will likely start with basics like self-care and healthy coping strategies to build a strong foundation.

What you can expect from me

No matter the specific issues you bring to therapy, my favorite areas to focus on are self-care, work-life balance, and interpersonal effectiveness (healthy boundaries, assertive communication). I enjoy helping you set personal goals related to your overall mental health and wellness, and particularly those who may need support managing their mental health alongside chronic illness.
