I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my bachelor's degree at the University of Nevada Reno and her master’s degree at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX. I have worked in the field of Social Work for more than 10 years serving children, youth, adults, and families of diverse backgrounds struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship/family difficulties, work issues and more.

My approach to therapy

My desire is to meet clients where they are in their life’s journey and support them in their healing process while promoting healthy change through action. I believes everyone has value and is deserving of love, compassion, and a quality life. I use a solution focused approach to guide clients and help them move towards their desired change.

Clients can expect a safe space where they receive objective feedback in a non-judgmental way, emotional support, encouragement and guidance in navigating any life circumstances. Clients will engage in solution-focused approaches to their issues that promote healing and their desired change.
