Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed social worker with a degree from the University of Denver and 3 years of experience supporting women and genderqueer individuals between ages 18–60. Much of my work has centered around supporting people experiencing homelessness and those managing severe and persistent mental illness. I strive to create a warm and collaborative space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered and grounded in the belief that the relationship between client and clinician is an essential part of the healing process. I view therapy as a collaborative journey, where we work together toward your goals in a space built on trust, respect, and open communication. My role is to listen, support, and gently challenge you when needed, while helping you build insight, resilience, and confidence along your therapeutic journey .

What you can expect from me

I begin with an introductory conversation where you can share your story and what you hope to gain from therapy. I believe everyone deserves individualized care, and this initial session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable therapeutic relationship. From there, we will work collaboratively in our future sessions to reach your identified goals.
