I provide compassionate person-centered therapy to individual adults. I specialize in working with diverse clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, family conflict, workplace stress, and addiction. My work is rooted in evidenced-based interventions and informed by Buddhist psychology.

I attended Temple University for my master of social work and spent the first few years of my career working with folks in psychiatric crisis in an inpatient setting.
