Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I received my MSW in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University.

I've worked with people from all walks of life, using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support meaningful change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a client centered, strengths-based approach to build rapport and create a welcoming supportive space. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgemental - I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership.

What you can expect from our first session

I always begin with an introductory session so you can get a sense of my style and see if it feels like a good fit. If we decide to work together, we'll focus on the issues that matter most to you, all within in a warm, supportive, and secure environment.
