Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Advanced Practice Nurse. At Luminary Psychiatry LLC, I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for children ages 6+, adolescents, adults, and older adults through comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and personalized medication management. I offer convenient in-person appointments at my Hamilton and Short Hills locations, as well as secure telehealth appointments throughout New Jersey.

I commonly evaluate and treat:

• ADHD & Executive Functioning Challenges

• Anxiety, Panic Disorder, & OCD

• Depression & Bipolar Disorder

• PTSD & Trauma-Related Disorders

• Insomnia & Sleep Disorders

I also support children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by helping manage associated behavioral and emotional symptoms.

I am also experienced in evaluating and managing a broad range of other psychiatric conditions across the lifespan and tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs.

My goal is to help you improve daily functioning, reduce symptoms, and feel more confident in your treatment plan through thoughtful, individualized care. Whether you're seeking care for yourself or your child, I look forward to partnering with you on your mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, open-minded, and solution-oriented. I view treatment as a partnership and believe in shared decision-making, so you are an active voice in your care.

I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy and practical strategies to help improve daily functioning, relationships, school or work performance, and overall quality of life. When appropriate, I welcome family involvement to support long-term progress.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will complete a thorough psychiatric evaluation in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. We will review your history, current concerns, symptoms, prior treatment, medications, and goals for care.

By the end of the visit, we will discuss my diagnostic impressions and develop an individualized treatment plan together. This may include medication recommendations, supportive therapy, lifestyle strategies, referrals, or additional evaluation when appropriate.
