Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and reaching out for support is a big step toward healing and growth. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I’m here to offer a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can work through challenges, gain clarity, and build resilience. My goal is to help you feel empowered with the right tools to create real, lasting change.

With over 20 years of experience, I’ve worked with individuals from all walks of life, helping them navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship struggles, and personal growth. No matter what you're facing, you don’t have to go through it alone—I’m here to help.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a blend of evidence-based techniques tailored to each individual’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Approaches. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and focused on helping you move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're navigating anxiety, a big life transition, or challenges in your relationships, I’m here to support you. Our work together will be focused on your goals, in a space that’s safe, supportive, and completely judgment-free.

I respect your time, so from our very first session, I encourage practicing new skills or trying out small tasks between sessions. Therapy isn’t just about what happens in the room—it’s about giving you tools you can use in everyday life to create real, meaningful change.
