Welcome. I am a Clinical Psychologist having received my doctorate in Clinical/School Psychology from Hofstra University. My experience includes practice in educational and private settings. I believe in providing my patients with a supportive environment using a collaborative process to achieve their therapeutic goals.
Therapy is individualized to meet the needs of the person. I take an interactive approach as I believe the therapeutic relationship is key to a successful outcome. Treatment methods include: cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, exposure/ response prevention, dialetical behavior therapy and behavior modification.
My goal is provide self understanding and the skills needed to accomplish your therapeutic goals. Ultimately, it is to have improved life functioning, emotional well being, and obtaining the tools to continue this growth on your own.
