Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because mental health wasn’t abstract in my life — I grew up around it. That perspective still shapes how I work: practical, honest, and focused on what actually helps day-to-day. I have a Master’s in Family Therapy and experience in crisis work, community mental health, and private practice. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, mood disorders, burnout, and repeating relationship patterns. I also specialize in ADHD, autism, and supporting parents of neurodivergent kids.

My goal isn’t just insight — it’s helping you respond differently so things finally feel easier.

My approach to therapy

My style is conversational, honest, and practical. I’ll explain what I’m noticing in real time and help you understand why your reactions make sense — even the ones you wish you didn’t have. We focus on patterns, especially in relationships, and slow things down so you can respond intentionally instead of automatically. You’ll leave sessions with insight and something you can actually try that week.

Therapy should feel useful, not mysterious.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. You won’t need to tell your entire life story or have everything organized beforehand. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what’s been feeling stuck, and what you want to feel different. I’ll ask some questions to understand patterns, history, and what has or hasn’t helped before. You’re always welcome to share at your own pace. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer direction for therapy and a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
