Great to meet you!

One of the best decisions you can make in your life is to reach out and ask for help. I am that hand you can grasp for compassionate care and direction as you navigate a better understanding of yourself. Anxiety and depression can make you feel alone and helpless. They are not easy mental health disorders to navigate without help. You are strong! You are mighty! You are not alone!

My approach to therapy

I am here with you along your journey as you become better aware of how you can take control and overcome the struggles you may have with panic attacks, sadness, and mood disorders. I am ready to listen and help you regain control of your life. I am passionate about working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I provide cognitive behavioral therapy which helps you understand that the way we think is not often the best view of ourselves.

What you can expect from me

Our thoughts can be distorted and affect the way in which we process the world around us. Improving and understanding ourselves is what most people desire. You have all the ability within you to live without a panic attack, ruminating thoughts, sadness, and anxiety. When you work with me to learn the ways in which you can control negative thoughts and reduce depressive symptoms, you are on the right path to self-awareness and success.
