Great to meet you!

I bring over 30 years of experience in community mental health and private practice, providing trauma-informed care grounded in both clinical expertise and authentic human connection. My work focuses on helping individuals heal from complex trauma, attachment wounds, dissociation, and long-standing relational patterns that impact their sense of self and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is direct, compassionate, and insight-oriented. I am trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Ego State Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Trauma Model developed by Dr. Colin Ross. I integrate these approaches to help clients process unresolved trauma, improve emotional regulation, and develop a stronger, healthier relationship with themselves. I believe healing is not simply about reducing symptoms—it is about restoring personal agency, strengthening identity, and developing a healthy ego.

What you can expect from me

My initial goal is to complete a biopsychosocial assessment to consider your plan for treatment. It is during this initial assessment and throughout treatment services, that I aim to create a space where clients feel safe enough to explore honestly, heal deeply, and move toward lasting transformation.
