Great to meet you!

I'm drawn to Robert Frost's saying "the best way out is always through." It captures a sense of deep suffering and illustrates the type of relief that the process of therapy can bring. As a psychotherapist, I walk beside you on that journey. I offer a safe place for exploration and the accountability necessary for change. I am licensed in the states of New York and Georgia and see individuals as well as couples in my practice.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my work with individuals, I specialize in the areas of addiction, grief, and trauma. We’ll approach these topics with curiosity and compassion and go at a pace that works for you. In my work with couples, I like to focus on topics like communication, intimacy, and trust. We’ll use family of origin dynamics to help us better understand your reactions, and I’ll suggest new ways of getting your needs in the relationship met.

What you can expect from our first session

Growth in therapy is best made possible when the venue is safe and non-judgmental. I strive to create that type of environment for all of my clients, and I look forward to the possibility of doing that for you. Feel free to reach out at any time using the contact information below to learn more about how we can work together.
