Great to meet you!

Greetings, My name is Syed Kamal! I am a board-certified, practicing neuropsychiatrist/cognitive neurologist who has pursued specialty training within the Mass General Brigham/Harvard Medical School system.

During my general psychiatry training, it became evident that I needed to pursue specialty training to enhance treatment options beyond rudimentary neurotransmitter-based agents. With the collective understanding of brain-mind relationships, the patient and I develop a cohesive plan to address behavior, mood, and cognition.

My approach to therapy

My communication style is calm, accommodating, and open. I want my patients to feel comfortable talking with me about anything and feel integrated in the treatment process.

What you can expect from me

My goal is not only to treat symptoms but also to optimize a patient's functionality. Together, we can ensure you are reaching your full potential.
