Great to meet you!

Being in therapy is like being handed a toolbox; you learn when and how to utilize the skills to build the house you desire. My role as a therapist is to guide you on that journey. I strive to provide a space that is accepting and authentic, where you can feel safe, whether seeking to deepen your understanding of yourself or identify and acknowledge your vulnerabilities.

My approach to therapy

I am a trauma-informed, Social justice-oriented, relationally oriented therapist who uses several modalities to cultivate a strength-based, non-judgmental environment that supports you on your therapeutic journey.

What you can expect from me

My experience as a first-generation Asian immigrant offers a unique perspective on recognizing the importance of culture, environment, and family in therapeutic work, and how these factors shape our identity. In our therapeutic journey together, we will explore how your family, childhood, and early interpersonal interaction impact your current interpersonal relationships.
