Great to meet you!

I’m a relational, insight-oriented therapist who believes healing happens through authenticity, safety, and meaningful connection. My approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care with a warm, grounded style that honors each client’s lived experience, identity, and strengths. I have experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, substance use concerns, emotional overwhelm, and the impact of chronic stress and caregiving roles. As a therapist, I value honesty, accountability, humor, and compassion, and I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen rather than judged or pathologized.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a way that feels real, supportive, and collaborative. I’m warm and down-to-earth, but also honest and direct when needed, because I believe growth happens when people feel both safe and genuinely seen. I help clients navigate stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and recovery-related concerns by blending practical coping tools with deeper self-reflection and insight. My goal is to help people feel more connected to themselves, more emotionally steady, and less alone in what they’re carrying.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where they don’t have to have everything figured out before showing up. In our first session, I focus on getting to know you as a whole person — not just your symptoms or the reason you reached out for therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what support has or hasn’t looked like in the past, and what you hope life could feel like moving forward. My goal is for clients to leave feeling heard, more grounded, and with a clearer sense that therapy can be a space for honesty, growth, and real support rather than pressure or performance.
