Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I strive to create a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and understood. I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based practices, while honoring the whole person. I value building trust and moving at a pace that feels safe and meaningful for each client.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I work alongside clients to better understand their experiences, identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, and build practical tools for meaningful change. I integrate evidence-based practices while tailoring treatment to each individual’s goals, values, and pace. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive conversation focused on getting to know one another. We’ll discuss what brings them to therapy, their goals, and any concerns they’d like to address, while also reviewing important background information at a comfortable pace. I’ll explain how therapy works, answer questions, and collaborate on next steps. The session is designed to feel safe, respectful, and aligned with each client’s needs and preferences.
