Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s of Education in Mental Health Counseling in 2011 from Lindsey Wilson College and am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I work primarily with individuals and families from adolescence up through adulthood to treat issues like anxiety, depression, stress management, and traumas.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in two highly effective, evidence-based approaches to help you heal from difficult experiences. Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is a gentle, structured approach that helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors — so you can begin to reframe painful memories and build healthier coping skills. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful yet calming technique that uses guided eye movements to help your brain process and release trauma that may feel "stuck." Both approaches are well-researched and have helped countless people find relief, reclaim their sense of safety, and move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

My goal is not just to help you manage your symptoms day-to-day, but to get to the root of what's driving them. Together, we'll explore what's beneath the surface — whether that's past experiences, relationship patterns, stress triggers, or deeply held beliefs — so that healing can happen from the inside out. I believe that true, lasting change comes from understanding yourself more fully, and I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
