Great to meet you!

I am an experienced Psychiatric Social Worker with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry for 9.5 years.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe that therapy can assist in being able to process, explore and overcome some of life’s past and present challenges. Applying my skills of active listening, empathy and compassion, I have been able to assist children, adolescents and adults with addressing their anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, family conflict and self-injurious behaviors.

What you can expect from me

Prioritizing our mental and emotional health, may sometimes feel hard to do when it feels so much is going on at once. However, the feelings of growth, strength, and triumph are worth it when taking that step to improving your mental well-being. I utilize talk therapy through various clinical approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, coping skills building and strengths perspective. I also incorporate therapeutic assignments as form of applying therapeutic feedback
