Tameka Bell

My name is Tameka Bell. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), who takes so solution focused, holistic, and direct approach to healing. I have worked in the field of counseling since I have entered the workforce. After completing graduate school at Mississippi College in 2013, I have been licensed as a LPC since 2022. I have worked in the high stress environment of a mental health hospital, a community mental health center, and as an in-home counselor for at risk youth.

Taking a solution focused, holistic, and directed approach, I specialize in working with mood disorders, struggles with self-love and confidence, and women's issues for the population of teens, young adults, and adults.

I want every client to walk away from our therapeutic journey accepting a few simple truths: 1) You are not your diagnosis/challenges, 2), Worth is not determined by works, and 3) Selflessness starts with first focusing on SELF!
