Great to meet you!

Welcome!

I'm Tami, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over twelve years of experience working with adults who are ready for something different. My clients are often self-aware, have done significant personal work, and are tired of feeling stuck in the same patterns despite everything they've tried. They're longing for more choice, deeper connections, to be free of shame, genuine joy, and a life that finally feels like their own. Using a somatic and relational approach, we work with the body as a doorway into the change that talk alone hasn't been able to reach. I specialize in working with women, queer folks, and late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults. All sessions are virtual.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational first - I meet each client where they are, session to session, without a one-size-fits-all model. I draw from a range of modalities including somatic trauma resolution, DBT, Internal Family Systems, and traditional psychotherapy, but at the core I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is where real change happens. My work focuses on building a stable sense of self, nervous system regulation, full self-expression, and supporting clients, particularly neurodivergent adults, in unmasking and finding safety and freedom in who they really are.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a gentle, unhurried conversation that moves at the pace of your nervous system. I prioritize answering your questions, getting a sense of what you're looking for, and taking time to co-create our therapeutic container together, including roles, expectations, and clarity about how we'll work. Every session begins with a welcome and closes with an intentional wind-down that gives you time to transition back into your life before we say goodbye.
