I work with adults navigating addiction, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, severe mental illness, anxiety, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and others. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can feel supported, respected, and truly heard. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in evidence-based practices like DBT, CBT, Seeking Safety, and mindfulness. Together, we’ll work at your pace to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
