Great to meet you!

have over 14 years of experience working with children and adolescents, helping them navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life's transitions. My goal is to create a supportive, compassionate space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to be themselves.

I believe every person is the expert of their own life. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you build on your strengths, gain insight, and develop the tools needed to move toward greater self-acceptance, confidence, and personal growth. I strive to meet each client where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs, goals, and experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is personalized, collaborative, and strengths-based. I help clients better understand themselves, navigate difficult emotions, improve communication, and develop healthy coping skills. I believe therapy should be a supportive and empowering experience where clients feel heard, valued, and encouraged as they build confidence, resilience, and more meaningful connections in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when meeting someone new. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. During our first session, we'll get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your strengths and goals, and talk about what you hope to gain from the process. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you and work together to create a path toward healing, growth, and emotional well-being.
