Great to meet you!

I have my masters degree in clinical counseling with a concentration on eating disorders and personality disorders. I have experience in residential inpatient substance abuse programs, intensive outpatient group therapy for mental health and substance abuse and individual therapy for mental health. My mission is to empower individuals to break free from the shackles of mental health struggles and unlock their full potential.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a cognitive behavioral therapy approach in most of my sessions as I find this to be the most effective way for clients to see a quicker change. That approach does not always suit clients in which case I utilize several other approaches into my practice.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to have a safe and comfortable environment that offers compassion and empathy. I provide insight into how each clients experiences impact how they think, feel, and behave as well as tools to learn new ways to challenge the things that are keeping them stuck.
