Great to meet you!

I bring experience working with people who have faced significant systemic barriers, and I approach every client with genuine respect for their resilience and their story.

My clinical experience spans work with children, adolescents, and adults. I have provided individual and family counseling to at-risk, runaway, and homeless youth. I also have experience providing individual therapy to adults with histories of homelessness in supportive housing settings, addressing substance use, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Since 2023, I have been providing telehealth therapy to adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorder.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I have been providing therapy since 2014, working across a range of settings including schools, community mental health, and telehealth.

My approach to therapy

My practice draws primarily from Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

I orient sessions around your strengths and finding solutions, rather than focusing exclusively on problems. Solution-Focused Therapy helps us identify specific goals and build toward them in a direct, meaningful way.

CBT provides practical tools to recognize and shift patterns in thinking and behavior that may be getting in the way of how you want to feel and function. Together, these approaches create a structured but collaborative space, one where real progress is possible.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. I will ask about what brought you here, what your life looks like right now, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

By the end of our first meeting, my goal is for you to leave with a clear sense of what we will be working toward together and what the therapeutic process will look and feel like. I place great importance on therapeutic fit. I want you to feel confident that this is the right space and the right partnership for the work ahead.
