Great to meet you!

I want you to know that I deeply value creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Reaching out for therapy is a courageous step, and I’m here to meet you exactly where you are.

Outside of therapy, I believe in continuous learning and personal growth. Whether it’s journaling, reflecting, or embracing life’s messiness, I strive to practice what I encourage in therapy: self-compassion and finding joy in surviving the small moments.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, and self-compassion-focused therapy to help you break unhelpful patterns and develop tools for resilience. Therapy with me often blends self-exploration with actionable strategies. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward the life you want, with greater confidence, clarity, and self-acceptance..

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and more equipped to handle challenges. You’ll gain practical strategies to manage stress, emotions, and relationships, as well as a deeper understanding of yourself, your patterns, values, and the roots of your struggles.

Together, we'll focus on building self-compassion, resilience, and confidence to help you handle life’s ups and downs.
