Great to meet you!

Nice to meet you!

I am a dually licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC-S) and a marriage and family therapist (MFT) with nearly 10 years of experience working with both teens and adults. My work ranges from couples counseling and family therapy to individually focused sessions aimed at managing significant depression and anxiety. I truly enjoy supporting clients as they navigate the various ages and stages of their lives, and I love celebrating those 'aha' moments with them.

My approach to therapy

I live by the golden rule: treat others the way I wish to be treated. This principle guides my approach to each session, ensuring that I always offer respect and a judgment-free space. My counseling style is collaborative, systems-focused, and strengths-based, drawing on strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting is unique as we explore general questions involving what might have led you to counseling, as well as working together to identify goals you hope to achieve. From there, the following sessions will be more personal and tailored to your needs.

I understand that it takes a huge step of faith to ask for help, and I'm here to support you as you take more steps forward on this journey. Let's work together to find the best path forward for you!
