Great to meet you!

I have 10+ years of experience in the mental health field providing crisis intervention, community based services, IOP treatment, individual and family therapy. I’m passionate about supporting individuals and communities navigating mental health challenges, life transitions, trauma, and stress. My work is grounded in compassion, cultural humility, and a deep commitment to helping clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. I believe healing happens through authentic connection and creating a safe space where clients can explore their experiences without judgment. My goal is to help clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centered. I work alongside clients to identify patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools that support emotional wellness and personal growth. I value culturally responsive care and recognize how identity, relationships, and life experiences shape mental health. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs while fostering a supportive and empowering environment.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can share at their own pace. During the first session, we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin identifying the areas where you’d like support. My priority is helping you feel comfortable, understood, and hopeful about the therapeutic process as we begin building a strong foundation for our work together.
