About Me

Tatiana is a warm and enthusiastic, bi-lingual Haitian-Creole, Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Tatiana has extensive experience counseling clients with anxiety, trauma, depression, substance abuse, ADHD and adjustment to life changes. She has an eclectic approach which includes, but is not limited to, Gestalt Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Play Therapy, with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a focus on Mindfulness. Tatiana specializes in working with children, adolescents and young adults. Her goal is to help each client increase their level of personal understanding through client’s thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

Tatiana provides a welcoming, collaborative, empowering, and humoristic environment to all clients to feel comfortable and safe to express their whole self, speak their truth, and to grow from within. Tatiana believes that therapy is a time to learn about oneself, and to apply the skills learned in therapy to the outside world. Tatiana looks forward towards helping yourself or your child bloom and flourish into the person that you know you can be.
