Great to meet you!

Instead of reading an interview response, allow me to describe my ideal day. I’m a spontaneous creature who crave structure. The perfect day is spent with family & friends celebrating life on a sunny day with an Arnold Palmer drink in hand. I love to cook, especially anything that contains peppers. Playing cornhole is a hidden talent. And to top it off, I’m a very competitive person.

I’m not a blank slated-type of therapist. I offer a safe place to share your thoughts, struggles, even successes.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My work is to nurture while challenging you to your highest potential. In my practice, I mainly focus on a holistic and solution-focused approach to treatment.

What you can expect from our first session

My therapeutic style involves providing insight, strategies, and realistic tools whenever possible to help you have a workable blueprint for the following days, months, and years to come. We will partner together to meet your life goals and feel better about yourself and the future ahead.
