Great to meet you!

I've spent much of my career working in crisis intervention and high risk management so I'm comfortable in a range of issues from managing stress and mood to dealing with complex issues like psychosis or borderline personality disorder. I'm both an OU Bobcat alumni and an OSU Buckeye with a Masters of social work. I have been privileged to walk along with individuals, couples, and families for some of the most difficult moments of their lives and now focus on healing trauma, mood management, and rebuilding self and relationships.

My approach to therapy

As a former crisis responder, I know how to meet people where they are at and adapt my style. People that have worked with me say I am few of words but a great listener, impactful, and resourceful. I often use talk therapy, EMDR, and body focused interventions to help those that are needed. When you leave a session you will have action items to work on throughout the week to integrate therapy into your life.

What you can expect from me

The first session I create an environment where your goals are the center of treatment. We will get to know each other, and start discussing which tools are important for your toolbox.
