Great to meet you!

If you are looking for a space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and accepted as your authentic self, you are in the right place. I believe meaningful change begins with open and honest conversations, built on trust, compassion, and a willingness to grow. Life can feel heavy at times, and you do not have to carry that weight alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you through the hard moments as we work together toward healing, clarity, and light.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Rollins College, where I also competed as a collegiate athlete, and my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida. I have worked in education since 2015, with a focus on mental health social work with teens since 2018. In addition, I bring over ten years of youth coaching experience and have thrived in Montessori school environments. I currently serve as a School Social Worker in a Title 1 school, a role that deeply informs my compassionate and grounded approach.

My passion for mental health led me to pursue licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker so I can continue supporting individuals as they grow into the most authentic and empowered versions of themselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client centered. I believe healing happens when you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. I strive to create a space where you can show up as your authentic self and explore challenges at your own pace. Together, we will build insight, develop practical coping tools, and work toward meaningful growth that aligns with your values and goals. I view therapy as a partnership and I am here to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s transitions and move toward greater clarity and balance.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we focus on getting to know each other. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you are hoping to gain, and any concerns or questions you may have. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I will also explain how therapy works, what sessions may look like moving forward, and collaborate with you on goals that feel meaningful and achievable. My priority is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and confident about the next steps.
