Great to meet you!

I bring over 20 years of experience in mental health and social services, and in the past five years, I made the decision to become fully licensed so I could deepen the work I care about most. I'm here to support people in moving forward, finding their footing, and doing the work of healing and growth-at their own pace, in their own way.

My approach to therapy

I offer a grounded supportive space where clients can be fully seen and heard without judgement. I work collaboratively to help people process what they've been through, strengthen emotional regulation, and move forward with clarity and intention. My style is honest, compassionate, and focused on real life change that feels sustainable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and welcoming space where we begin getting to know each other. We'll talk through what's bringing you in, explore your needs and goals, and make sure you have a clear understanding of the process so you can feel comfortable moving forward at your own pace.
