I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and I am here to assist you in navigating through whatever issues you are struggling with. I work with individuals, couples and families.

My background in systems theory affords me unique insight in how problematic thinking and behaviors develop and affect everyday functioning. At the initial session, we work to set goals by exploring what is not working and by clarifying wants and needs. Then we work towards implementing changes to promote healthier self and relationship functioning.
