I use a holistic integrative approach to therapy in order to meet your needs. I believe effective change comes from focusing on every dimension of your whole person - biological, psychological, social, and spiritual. My approach is client-centered including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), solution-focused therapy, as well as play therapy techniques. I am particularly passionate about working with children, teens, adults, and families who are struggling with trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, and Attention Deficit Disorder. I have over 20 years of experience working with children, youth and adults. My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in social work from Colorado State University, a master’s of social work degree from the University of Denver, and a doctorate of psychology degree from California Southern University.
