Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with teens, and adults — especially those navigating the chaos of life stress, relationships, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am passionate about helping individuals and families build stronger connections, even when things feel messy.

My approach to therapy

Everyone wants to feel seen and understood — that’s the heart of my work. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, curious, and supported as you figure things out. I’m certified in Circle of Security Parenting International, EMDR, and TF-CBT, and I use a mix of evidence-based approaches, humor, and real talk to help you feel seen and supported. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and occasionally lighthearted — because healing is serious, but it doesn’t always have to feel heavy.

What you can expect from me

Clients who work with me walk away with more than just insight — they leave with tools, clarity, and a renewed sense of agency. My sessions offer a space where you will feel genuinely seen and understood, not judged or rushed. Teens gain language for what they’re feeling and strategies for navigating school, relationships, and identity. Parents get support in strengthening family dynamics and reconnecting with their kids in meaningful ways. Adults find space to unpack stress, trauma, and emotional overwhelm with someone who can hold it all — and still offer levity when it’s needed most.

I help clients build emotional regulation, impulse control, and self-awareness. I'll challenge you when it’s helpful, validate you when it’s necessary, and guide you toward growth that feels real and sustainable. Whether it’s learning new coping skills to combat anxiety or how to repair a fractured relationship, my sessions will leave you feeling more equipped, more grounded, and more hopeful.
