I absolutely love walking with clients on their journey to change. My goal is to instill hope, especially in area's clients did not know hope could exist. I look forward working with each and every client I come into contact with, as it allows me to continuously learn from them.

I approach therapy by first building a strong relationship with clients so that they have the ability to trust me as we progress through treatment.

They can expect to create goals for themselves, and a realistic plan to meet those goals.
