Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual, Licensed Clinical Social Worker working in the mental health field for more than 9 years. I specialize in working with adolescents and their families as well as young adults. I have worked in a variety of settings including outpatient, residential treatment, psychiatric hospitals, and schools which have all prepared me to work with a wide range of mental health problems and diagnosis. I specifically specialize in working with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I work with my clients in a holistic manner and consider every aspect of their life. My approach to therapy is client-centered and strengths-based. I gently challenge my clients to provoke positive changes and help them develop greater self-awareness, build upon their existing coping strategies, and support them along their journey through life.

What you can expect from me

When you step into a session with me, you can expect to be in a non-judgmental place where you are safe to be yourself and process any emotions or difficulties. I am very comfortable with any "uncomfortable" conversations you may want to bring into session. P.S. we also experience many moments of laughter! :)
