Great to meet you!

If you are looking for a sign, this is it! Mariska Hargitay said it best; “Healing takes time and asking for help is a courageous step.” Wherever you are in life, there are times when you may need some extra support. As your therapist my goal is to meet you and your family wherever you are in life and support you along your journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe that counseling should always be client-oriented with personalized treatment approaches and an environment where you can feel safe, respected, and free to explore while you discover your own unique purpose in life.

In our sessions I will use a Bowen Family Systems approach along side Solution Focused Therapy (SFT). By using these modalities, my goal is to help you as an individual create autonomy while also creating balance and health within your family system.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you’ll have a safe space to talk openly about what’s really going on in your life, without judgment. We’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, reduce stress, and find real solutions that work for you. Whether you need support or just a place to figure things out, you’ll leave with tools that make life feel a little more manageable.
