Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Theo, and I’m glad you’re here. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, or stuck, you don’t have to face it alone. I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges, as well as major life transitions.

My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative.

Together, we’ll focus on understanding what’s keeping you stuck, building coping skills, and creating tools for lasting growth. Early sessions often focus on safety, clarity, and exploring patterns, while later sessions help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.

I use evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches, incorporating somatic work when helpful. Every session is tailored to your unique goals, so you can make real progress at your own pace.

You don’t have to do this alone — if you’re ready to take a step toward feeling better, I’d be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I create a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, addiction, or relationship challenges.

I use evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches, incorporating somatic work when helpful to help you feel grounded, present, and in control.

Together, we’ll tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. Sessions are structured to support measurable progress while remaining flexible to meet you where you are. My goal is to help you build coping skills, strengthen resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, identify your goals, and start building clarity about the patterns or challenges you want to address.

I’ll introduce evidence-based strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches, and we may include somatic techniques when helpful. Together, we’ll develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.

Most clients leave their first session feeling understood, supported, and ready to take the next steps toward meaningful, lasting change.
