Great to meet you!

I work alongside the client in a nonjudgmental way, and make observations of the client's thoughts and behaviors, focusing on the positives of their lives and their strengths.

I will challenge the unhealthy thoughts the client displays, so the client can grow.

My approach to therapy

I use some traditional modes like CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and client centered therapies. My main modes of therapy come from Adlerian theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS) or what is called Parts Work.

What you can expect from me

Client can expect to take away from our sessions the feeling of being empowered to change, knowledge of why they have thinking and behaving the way they have been, having various tools to use to make changes in their life, and a feeling of not being alone.
