Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Tiff, I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist for the last 8 years.

Losing your keys? Losing your wallet? Or does it feel like you're losing your mind? Let me gather my supplies: a notebook, pen, and flashlight, maybe? Let's create a map together and explore. How can we find what we’re looking for within ourselves, exploring our shadows and our strengths? We can start by allowing me to listen, to learn, and maybe to help you notice parts of yourself that need tending to.

My approach to therapy

We are complicated beings with so many intricacies and nuances therefore it is so important that I listen to my clients. Providing deep non-judgmental listening is essential in defining and understanding how we define our hurt, joy, triumphs, and struggles.

What I carry are tools of compassion, openness, an abstract understanding of life’s complications and complexities, here to help you tend to yourself. So, are you open to letting me listen?

What you can expect from me

I am open to working with all people’s race, ethnicity, differently able bodies, LGBTQ+ identities, and with all human intersections that define identity. I have experience working with all walks of life and I have specifically worked with sex workers, artists of a variety of mediums, and people who work in the bar/service industry. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities CBT, Buddhist psychology, narrative therapy, etc all while using trauma informed lens.
