Great to meet you!

I'm Tiff. I work with individuals who feel weighed down by trauma, anxiety, or identity and life transitions. Many of my clients are veterans adjusting to civilian life, survivors of trauma, or people seeking affirming care around gender identity and self-exploration. What they share is a desire for safety, relief, and a greater sense of ease in their body and relationships.

I understand how heavy it can feel to carry these experiences alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel seen, and begin healing in a way that feels sustainable. Together, we work toward helping you feel more grounded, more connected, and more at home in yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, and affirming. I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood, especially if you have felt unseen or misunderstood in past relationships or systems. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic practices, to help process trauma, reduce anxiety, and support meaningful change.

Therapy with me is not about rushing or fixing you. It is about moving at a pace that feels steady and sustainable, honoring your lived experience, and helping you build a stronger sense of safety, connection, and trust in yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

I am a human, here to be aligned with you, not an authority over you. I offer a compassion-focused approach and a professional yet relational style in sessions. You're safe here to be yourself while you heal yourself.
