Great to meet you!

My approach to emotional health is integrative, evidence-based, and deeply personalized. I specialize in treating mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, PMDD, perimenopause, and complex psychiatric conditions by addressing the intricate connections between neurobiology, hormones, and mental health. I am passionate about using cutting-edge treatments, alongside psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. My goal is to empower patients with compassionate, science-driven care that supports both immediate relief and long-term well-being.

My approach to therapy

My specialties include PTSD, bipolar, and treatment-resistant depressive disorders. I have had up close and real-life experiences of the effects of psychiatric disorders on the individual person and the family unit. As a military veteran, I understand PTSD and MST. I can provide 2nd opinions and Nexus letters to the VA for disability ratings.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will start with a brief introduction, and delve into the specific challenges you are facing. We can then make a rough outline of a treatment plan, pending your approval. You can expect me to prescribe a medication on your first visit. I believe medication can be an integral part of healing and help people function better until they can do better.
