Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my Masters from the University West Florida and have been practicing for 14 years. I have served individuals in an outpatient and residential setting. I prefer to provide services in an outpatient setting as it allows me the opportunity to observe the growth of my patients over time. I help adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and other challenges to live the life they deserve.

My approach to therapy

I have worked with adults and teens for the past 14 years. I have developed skills to assess and determine the source of the problem you are experiencing. It is important you feel safe and not judged during his process. I listen to my patients and assist them to identify specific skills that will be useful for them as they learn to cope with their symptoms.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
