Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m Dr. Timarra Warren, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. As a busy mom who understands what it means to juggle life, career, and self-care, I am dedicated to helping you feel your best.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or just need someone to guide you toward a healthier mindset, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your needs.

I believe in the power of treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My practice focuses on mood disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management, with an emphasis on nutrition, lifestyle, and mindfulness to support emotional well-being. As a mom and mental health advocate, I understand the unique pressures life can bring and create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, empowered, and understood.

Whether you're navigating a new life transition, feeling overwhelmed, or just looking to become the best version of yourself—I’m here to walk with you.

Let’s take the first step toward healing and growth together.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to care is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and whole-person wellness. I take the time to truly listen to your story—your experiences, challenges, and goals—so we can create a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your values and lifestyle.

I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and lifestyle interventions such as nutrition, movement, and mindfulness. I believe mental health is deeply connected to how we care for our bodies and how we navigate our relationships, environments, and sense of purpose.

Whether you're managing a mental health diagnosis or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you feel empowered, balanced, and in control of your emotional well-being. You’re not just a diagnosis—you’re a whole person, and your care should reflect that.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered with tools they can actually use in everyday life. I create a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up as your full self—no masks, no pressure. Together, we’ll work on understanding the root of your concerns, building emotional resilience, and creating realistic, meaningful goals.

You can also expect education around your mental health, strategies to manage symptoms, and guidance on how lifestyle factors—like sleep, nutrition, stress, and boundaries—affect your emotional well-being. Whether we’re focusing on medication management, coping skills, or self-discovery, I strive to make each session purposeful and personal.

Progress may look different for everyone, but my goal is always the same: to help you feel more confident, more in control, and more connected to yourself.
