Great to meet you!

My path was not a straight line, but a meaningful journey through the systems we discuss in therapy. I began my career working directly within community mental health and outpatient addiction treatment centers. I saw how trauma, anxiety, and systemic barriers keep people stuck trapped, which moved me beyond just symptom management. I was exposed to trauma-informed care and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which I feel honors pain while building a life of purpose. My own experiences with loss and healing solidify my belief that with the right tools there is a path forward. I blend systemic understanding with values-based techniques to guide clients from surviving to truly living.

My approach to therapy

My approach is best summarized by the following; If you feel defined by your past or find that simply talking about your problems hasn't led to lasting change, I offer another way. We will gently process the weight of difficult life experiences and trauma, not to erase them, but to transform their hold on you. My focus is on helping you unhook from painful thoughts and patterns, rediscover what brings you meaning, and take purposeful steps toward a life that feels connected and authentically your own. Let's begin this journey together.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be mainly information gathering, with homework that is reflective or action based.
