Great to meet you!

My journey as a therapist began during my first psychology class while earning my undergraduate degree in psychology. My fascination and interest in human behavior, and interest in problem-solving to support individuals toward mental and emotional well-being, led me to pursue a career in mental health therapy. I am driven by a passion for helping others to overcome challenges and lead fulfilling lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing therapy is client-centered, focusing on the unique needs, strengths, and goals of each client. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment to support clients in reaching their fullest potential. I most frequently use Humanistic Therapy and Attachment-Based Therapy in my work with clients. My approach towards goal setting with clients includes promoting self-compassion while identifying current obstacles, challenges, and circumstances that are hindering the capacity for growth and change. Through a collaborative approach, goal setting provides clients with direction and motivation toward identifying internal and external resources.

What you can expect from me

Through my communication style and therapeutic approach, I strive to provide a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment for clients. I embrace human relationships as an important catalyst for change and focus on supporting my clients to enhance their capacity for personal growth and well-being.
